I haven't changed anything on my pc between before and when it stopped working.

BAsically, i left my pc on for a couple of hours, came back and the mouse wasn't working but i cud still use the keyboard fine, my onboard wireless had disconnected, and upon restarted these were fine, but i then foudn that my pc wasn't detected my creative soundcard. restarted, still nothing. so i switched to my onboard in the bios, still nothing. Any suggestions?
