Power Supply Wattage Estimator
This web tool estimates the PSU wattage rating for a given system specification. They are quick to note that this is a guideline, and that PSU wattages do not necessarily translate comparably. It's good as a baseline though. The best policy is to aim for a high quality unit like an Enermax or Silverstone of the next highest rating as your starting point.
