Introduction

The itsallPC Forum Charter defines the policies that ensure your rights as a member of the itsallPC forum.

Privacy and Legal Policy

itsallPC maintains a strict privacy policy. All non-public profile information, account details and communications (including hidden boards) are kept strictly confidential and will not be abused. itsallPC staff will never ask for your password. Feel free to contact an Administrator if you have any privacy concerns whatsoever.

itsallPC operates under the spirit of international law at all time; especially those laws pertaining to software piracy, multimedia piracy, privacy and freedom of speech. While itsallPC will co-operate with legal authorities on any criminal matters, we will not surrender any user information including IP addresses to organisations such as the RIAA without a court order.

Behavioural Policy

All forum members are entitled to use the forum without enduring any form of abuse. Rather than try to define rules of conduct, the victim is the judge of whether they are being abused or not. All reports will be taken seriously, regardless of the circumstances.

Content Policy

While offering a largely uncensored medium, itsallPC strives to cater for people of all ages. Content judged inappropriate for the viewing of children aged 13 and under will be removed.

itsallPC administration reserves the right to control all advertisement media and offsite links. Any profitable advertising transmitted over itsallPC will be removed immediately and the source accounts banned. itsallPC also does not tolerate scams or social nuisance material such as chain mail. itsallPC may also remove links to offsite PC material where it is judged to be incorrect or impartial.

Administration Policy

Any individual can contend a ban placed upon them. Creating another account to circumnavigate a ban however will be deemed an act of defiance, at which point all accounts of the individual will be banned and there will be no opportunity for contention.

itsallPC staff are in constant communication and discuss all matters of policy. Unless otherwise stated by the individual staff member, all statements and actions of any staff member can be considered the official position of itsallPC Administration and will be unilaterally supported.

Control Clause

With the exception of the Privacy and Legal Policy which will be observed at all times, itsallPC staff (Moderators and Administrators) can adhere to the charter at their discretion. While staff members endeavour to follow the forum guidelines, they will operate outside them if it is deemed necessary to preserve peace or the greater conductivity of the forum.
