800Mhz Ram Problems Voltage i think

Using CPU-Z my DRAM Frequency is 402.1Mhz.
Using my mobo Tiger One Software its 801Mhz
Using my BIOS its 400Mhz

my ram says its 800Mhz
OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 5-6-6-15 Value Series Memory - Ebuyer

My mobo supports 800mhz
Foxconn - Products: Motherboard

so.... ? anyone
