Hello oldman,
You may also see the numbers DDR266 (PC2100), DDR333 (PC2700), or DDR400 (PC 3200) along side those other numbers. The numbers represent the maximum frequency that the particular RAM is rated for.
I took a look on the interweb, and it looks like the highest rated RAM your motherboard accepts is 1GB (1 512MB stick in each slot) DDR266 aka PC2100. Does that mean your computer won't accept PC3200 RAM? Maybe not, RAM is capable at running below (and sometimes above) it's rated speed. But I can't make any promises as to whether it can handle anything above PC2100.
If you want a short and simple recommendation, here it is: (if you want 1GB of RAM) your best bet will be 2 512MB sticks of DDR266 PC2100. Keep in mid that your motherboard can only have a maximum of 512MB in either slot, so you can't use a single 1GB stick.
*Note: That stuff is only valid if your motherboard is a K7SOM+ 7.5C or K7SOM+ 7.5A Since you mentioned "184 pin" (DDR) it's a safe bet that this is the motherboard you're talking about. All the other similar motherboards used the old SDRAM instead of DDR.
