i.Bo RAM - what Manufacturer (and help with errors)

Hi.

I bought 512 MB DDR memory from eBay the other day. It's
  • 512MB DDR SDRAM
  • 333MHz
  • PC2700
  • 2.5V
  • Non-Parity
  • Non-ECC
  • 184-pin
  • Cas Latency 2.5
and it's for a Dell Dimension 4550.

The specs of the memory that Dell computer requires are here and it already comes with 256 MB of memory. The specs are the same as the RAM I bought

I got the RAM and put it in (the 256 that came with the Dell in slot 1 and the new stuff in slot 2) and got the following errors (images are on imageshack so give them a few seconds to load)

Image of errors as Windows XP loaded

Close ups of the chips off the new RAM

The detail on the chips says
Code:
           0713
i.Bo DDR3208-5L
   512 TAIWAN
I have 3 questions. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it
  1. The RAM was sold to me as SAMSUNG. How can I find out it it really is Samsung RAM?
  2. Does anyone recognise the RAM (any idea what i.Bo means?)
  3. Any idea what the errors indicate - is it duff RAM?
