Men arrested for WiFi 'Piggy backing'
Some people have been arrested for using other people's wireless internet without permission.
Two cautioned over wireless Internet - Yahoo! News UK I'm not really surprised to hear the a quater of all wireless networks are unprotected. I think router manufacturers should do something about this. Don't use other peoples wifi without permission, it's illegal. Don't forget to secure your own wireless network too if you have one.

Yes, from what I near more than a quarter of the wireless broadband connections are unprotected.
There was a program on ITV I think recently about this. The manufacturers and ISPs can certainly do more. The information they provide when they send out a modem or router, or when people sign up for a broadband connection, is abysmal to put it mildly.
