user internet time - Computer Forum

Hi all, i have a problem i was wondering if someone can help with.
We have a wireless comection in our house which 4 laptops use. I was wondering is there anyway of limiting one of the laptops on the time they can use the internet without effecting the other computers useage.
we have a bt homehub.
