need virus help
My pc is apparently infected with a virus that shuts the computer down. When I run my anti-virus software, when it reaches the infected file during its scan of the system, the computer of course, shuts down. Any ideas?

Hi, try turn on your computer in safe mode and then run the scan, it may work.
