I have vista on both my desktop and laptop... connected wireless via belink modem/router..... I thought that I could work on my laptop..i.e. updating a spreadsheet in 'office' . which I can. but when I go back to my desktop the original document has not updated....I thought I was accessing the document from my desktop..but it seem that is not the case...is this possible ? am I doing something wrong ??

When you open the document on the laptop, where to do open it from (what folder to you go into to open it)?
