I have been trying to access galabingo for almost a week now.
Originally the site went down for a few days but is now up and running as I have repeatdly called trying to get some help as I still cannot access the site! The page says "IE cannot display the page" all other websites work fine and before the site went down I used to visit the site daily. I live in new zealand and some of my friends can access the site and some can't, irrelevant of what ISP they have.
I have cleared cookies, and did a ping which timed out, but I am unsure what this means. I have called gala themselves and my ISP almost thirty times now trying to get some help with this problem, however both company's are passing me around and saying that it isn't a problem at their end.
As I have made no changes to computer what-so-ever and others too cannot access the site this surely is an external error and not one of my own. Since "ping"ing galabingo it seems to be something to do with the DNS although like I have said I have no idea what this actually means and how I can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I seem to be going round in circles!

Hello Stacey,

Try and type 88.81.156.20 into your address bar of IE, if this doesnt work then may i sggest try another browser like Mozilla Firefox 3. Some Browsers are incompatible now with some sites.

try and ping galabingo again or treacrt your choice and put the IP Address into the address bar.
