Reluctant site
I currently have a desktop and a laptop connected to the internet via a Linksys router and using Talktalk as a provider. My wife needs to regularly log on to Chichester University Welcome to University of Chichester. It did work for a few days but now the site keeps coming up as unavailable. This problem seems not to affect any other site, including those of other universities. 
The university's IT dept insists that they are not blocking our address. We have ensured that they are listed as a trusted site on our computers and that they are not subject to pop-up blocking. We have tried using both Internet Explorer and Mozilla as browsers. No luck.
Any ideas?
