Need help with BOIS update!!
my current BOIS is from december 2003, its a pheonix award bios, and i think it needs updating!!
im using an acer aspire T120 mobo and im not sure how to update BIOS as i have never done it before yet!! any help would be great, thank you!!

Have you recently installed any new hardware?
Are you having any problems with the computer? If not leave it it alone..... You only need to upgrade your BIOS if you need the latest support for new hardware, or if you are having problems.
