Motherboard or PSU problem???
I have a Dell Optiplex GX240. When I turn the computer on nothing powers up and there is a steady orange light on the motherboard. I replaced the PSU first but still had the same problem. I was then told it was a motherboard problem and replaced it but I still have the same problem. I am quite sure that the new parts are in working order.
If anyone has an idea as to what the problem could be that would be great. Thanks, Danny

Do any of the fans power up?
Perhaps a problem with the switch? Do you get any beeps at all? Roz
