Cant Install windows

Hi I just had to send my computer back to the makers cos of verious problems like cd drive not working and other problems, I now have the computer back and i cant install windows on it i have used 3 differant windows disk and every time about 80-90% way through it comes up with blue screens all differant like, PFN list, bad header, and seveal others i cant remember but always a blue screen and then restart of instalation what could be wrong with it, it happens with win xp home, win xp home sp2 and win xp profesional, its onlty about a 2 months old but i have had to return the memory, and there was a cable but in in the wrong way.

but this time it all seams to be put together right but its not working.

any ideas would be great cos the makers are not being very helpfull although i have 12 months warrenty on it.

MY COMPUTER AS STATED BY MAKER

Nvidia Gforce 6100ÂÂ! Motherborad & nForce 4 Chipset , AMD 64bit 3100+ ,1256 ddr 400 ram,ÂÂ! nVIDIA GeForce 6100 Chipset graficx, 80GB MAXTOR Hard Drive ATA133, 7200 RPM & 2MB Cache and Xblade case.

Reformat and Defrag

Do you have a second comp. if so put messed up Hard Drive in it as a slave and go to my comp and reformat it and then try it again.. Reformating might take a while.. then if no work do it again but dont reformat but Defrag it.. Then put it back in its drive on your other comp..

I am guessing you have a second comp. because you are talking here...

done what you siad and so far all is working well, windows xp Pro is installed, sp2 done and all my drivers and bits, so far no blue screens
