Read this.
It's easy to tell them apart. OEM is just a license key and a CD in a small shrink-wrapped pack. Retail comes in a jewel case or folding pack and is sold in a box and a manual of some sort. Upgrade comes in an folding pack and is clearly marked as Upgrade. |
