Can someone please help me? Okay, for the past three days I could be online or in a program and the little blue bar at the top of the page will go grey like I just clicked out of it even though I didn't. Then I would have to click on the page again to make it go blue. Now, five minutes ago my screen will suddenly go black and after a few seconds it'll return to normal. PLEASE HELP ME! Any suggestions are welcomed.

You're likely infected with spyware that periodically launches something that steals focus from the active window. I suggest downloading HijackThis, running a scan, and posting your log. Don't try removing any of the entries if you aren't sure what they are, since most of them will be legitimate.
