How to get rid of Windows bubbles near the clock?

Hi can anyone tell me how to get rid of those stupid idiotic bubbles that appear near the systems tray? They do my head in always popping up and never go away i click on the man they go then they come back grrrrrrrrrrrr Microsoft grrrrrrrrr

You can get rid of them by doing a reg edit but if you are not sure how to do this you can use this program...
Tweak UI microsoft power toys you can download it here http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...5aad/setup.exe just click the links and it should download i think lol

Hey cooper the reg edit for this is..

Registry editing.

click start .... run... type .... regedit.exe
Navigate to
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\Advanced",

once u have found it click EDIT-- New ----create DWORD value called EnableBalloonTips with Hex value of 0 and restart your computer.

But tweak UI is a lot easier ... If you are not sure about editing your registry
