Installing multiple OS's.
Hi.
Have Vista home basic. I'm pretty sick as a lot of programs have compatability issues with Vista.. The hard drive is already partitioned in half. I'm trying to install Windows XP on the second partition but when I put the XP disk in the laptop the option to install XP is gray'ed out. If I put the CD in and reboot the laptop it completey ignores it. I've never had 2 OS's on the same computer... How do I do it? Thanks Tom.
