E-system 4213 charging issue

I have never been able to charge my laptop, is there a setting or something iam not doing? I use vista.....

is the charger ok?it could possibly be the charging connector or a motherboard issue too if the charger is ok as they rarely go faulty it seems. Make sure that if you are using a universal one that you are using the correct voltage as it can damage the motherboard if it isn;t. Hope that helps
