Acer Trouble
i have an Acer Extensa Laptop but just recently the down arrow has stoped working, i've taken the key off looked underneath that to check that it's not stuck it wasn't. and now i can't think what else it could be, so i've turned to the world for the answer hoping that someone out there has the answer.
PLEASE HELP...

Hi, Welcome to the Forum.
The first problem you have is the fact that you bought an Acer. If the laptop is under 12 month old, Acer should repair it for you free of charge, otherwise... It will most probably cost i'm afraid. A broken button on a keyboard usually means you need a new keyboard. Word of advice, don't pay Acer to fix it for you, you can get the same work done with the same parts by someone just as qualified for half as much if you shop around. Maybe if you wait for another reply someone will be able to help you repair the keyboard but I doubt it? Hope this helps, Tom.
