I have a Fujitsu Lifebook P1510, which is only a year old. Has many battery problems, but now all of a sudden I cannot see any wireless networks, I know the wireless network is fine because I can access it on other laptops.
I am trying to determine if the wireless adaptor/aerial has broken ( this must be embedded on the laptop somewhere, before I go and buy a USB wireless adaptor. Are there any checks I can do? I have checked under hardware devices and the system reports that all is well. Any help and advice apprecated!! |

Go in to Device Manager
Start > Right Click My Computer > Properties > Device Manager > Find "Network adapters" and click the little (+) to exspand what drivers for it you have installed Then Right Click it and it should say if it is Disabled or Enabled If it is Disabled, wireless won't work So try clicking "Enable" and letting it Enable itself and see if that works
