No graphics card??

I have a TravelMate 240 laptop and when i run dxdiag it finds no graphics card under display and "current display mode" reads 1024x768 32bit 1hz????

The monitor is really jerky and flashes a lot when moving something about. You know like when you first install a graphics card and you havent installed the driver it looks like that. Surely it should be running @ more than 1hz?. I know the graphics card is intergrated but i cant even find out what graphics card it is. I tried some drivers that were suggested and it just made the screen go black on reboot. Any help appreciated! =)

1 hertz is amazing.

You're probably running intergrated graphics, in which case, we need to know what motherboard you have.

Hi could you tell me how i can find out my motherboards name for you?

I have used belarc for system info and it says "no details available" under main cicuit board?

Here i think its this one, on the bottom of the laptop it has TravelMate 244LM
Acer TravelMate 244LM - C 2.6 GHz - 15" TFT : Read reviews and compare prices at Ciao.co.uk

Try using CPU-Z, If you haven't done already.
