Repair manual needed for Hi-Grade..

Hi guys,
Can anyone help me in locating a repair manual cd rom or a download for a Hi Grade ultinote m6400, its a 1.7 gig, p4. Im prety sure i read that it was the same as something else, just under a different name, anything will be helpful..many thanks
