can't enter passwrod

i can't access my computer becasue i can't write my password whnever i try to do so the screen freez and no letter show up . am using NOVELL . plz i need ur help coz i have alot of important work wihtout backup.

Hi Reomani. Too vague my friend! There are some very knowledgable and helpful people here, but they will need to know system details, o/s etc etc, and also whether any progs have been installed immediately before your problems began, or whether you had any other problems leading up to this. Post back with more details and I am sure someone will be able to help.

i took my laptop to computer store and they said thwy will try to fix it within few days i hopw they will do well.
