Laptop restore help

Hi basically my tiny laptop broke down a couple of months back now, and i had a new hard drive put in, but it meant that i needed a different restore disk to the one i had for my old hard drive,
and due to tiny closing down there is noway i can get the cd off them.
So does anybody here have a reload cd version 10.90??
or does anybody know of anywhere i could get this cd, or otherways i could get my laptop restored without getting this cd???

buy one of those fix all bootdisk off ebay lol
