New laptop? - Computer Forum

Hi there i am looking to buy a laptop. I am not a computer geek and really do not know what to look for. I have a 1000 pounds to spend ( Credit Card Lol) anyone got any ideas. I would like it to replace my old desktop and be good for games.. Also a little future proof as i do not want to buy another soon Thanks Guys Caddy! :P

I like the IBM think pads with biometrics or whatever its called.. But i am not sure you can get one for 1000 pounds.. Tiny make good powerful laptops cheap look here.. Http://www.tiny.com

I would suggest the Averatec 4200 i have just recently fallen in love with it and plan to buy one. I just need money lol

i believe they are $1100 from the Averatec website, and they pack a punch.
