Do we need to update our Graphics Card?? Please help... - Computer Forum

I'm helping my brother with his computer...
He has an older Q-TECH computer and he has tried to download P2P files to watch, they seem to download ok, but when he trys to watch them he only gets audio and no picture....
i/We believe it is the Graphics card, he has a S3 GRAPHICS PROSAVAGE DDR card, we think it is either out of date and needs upgrading or my the drivers need updatingwe would love any help that you guys could give us.....

Your computer graphics is not the problem its the software you are using

Sounds like you dont have the correct codecs what software are you trying to view in?

It may just be the file you have downloaded has not had the video encoded with it or there is a fault with the file (get that sometimes on P2P)
