On Screen Display

I got a problem with my monitor.

It's a philips 170B

everytime i turn it on a attention message comes up saying "Attention OSD main controls Locked/Unlocked"
other things like "Volume"
And "Monitor setup and all the submenus like exit osd settings and whatever thing you get when you press the ok button and it also says use 1280 x 1024 with 60hz or something and it says that in red

m not pressing any of the monitor buttons and the screen seems to switch it on and off on it own

The screen resolution i am using is 1280 x 1024 60hz

It's a 2MP Camera btw lol don`t hate
