High end 8800GTX or Low end Ultra

Hi,

I've been lookin at the EVGA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB DDR3 KO Edition and the EVGA GeForce 8800 Ultra 768MB DDR3 for my new pc.They are roughly the same price and have similar spec.This Ultra has a higher memory clock speed but a lower core clock speed.I'm not sure which to go for.

(Gtx mfr#: 768-P2-E837-AR) (Ultra mfr#: 768-P2-N881-AR )
