LCD Monitor Troubleshooting - What Could Be Wrong?
Hello, I have a Grundig LCX 17WS1 LCD TV monitor.
But it doesnt work, this is what it does: 1) I turn it on and the whole screen goes blue. 2) Then on the blue screen a black rectangle comes up saying: Main Input - PC PIP Input - PC 3) Then the screen goes black, the monitor appears to be "off" but the power is still on! This whole activity lasts about 1 second. Whats wrong with it? Does anyone know? Ant...

im a bit of a noob but i have no idea what the PIP input is...
do you only have one connection to your monitor? You say you have a TV monitor, try an ordinary TFT monitor to make sure its not your grapics card. Monitors tend to go onto standby mode if theres no signal going to it which could be why it appears to be off

oh, i got rid of that monitor ages ago, Ive got a new one now. Thanks, anyway.
