Q1: I have a tuner card that will work somewhat...the thing that happens is I hit the record button (I'm copying VHS-C tapes to the computer) and then the computer restarts...sometimes it will let me record but when I hit stop it shuts down again...I have about a 3 1/2 year old system that runs XP...512MB RAM...P4 2.4GHz...the tuner card is supposed to work with this operating system but it won't...I have a cd that came with it and when I put the cd in it doesn't recognize it...I get the add new hardware screen...I go through and install everthing and it still won't work...with things like this once the add new hardware screen comes on it tells you what you are intsalling...it doens't do that it just says unknown.

Q2: When it does play and record it is really jittery...what is causing this...thanks for the help
