New TV Card - Picture All Jumpy? Graphics Card?
Hi Everyone. I'm new to this site. Looks helpful. Just a quick question to anyone who can help. Can anyone confirm that the new TV card I have just bought needs a better graphics card to support it. The picture and sound will be nice once sorted but there are major jumps and crackles. I also had the same problem with 'picture break up' with a game bought a year ago. I believe I have an nVidia FX 5200 card (does this sound right? - How can I tell what my Graphics card is in the device manager?) The TV card requirements are for DirectX 9. Can you download updates to sort this kind of problem? Its a 'Time' computer - bought it in 2002.
Any suggestions would be greatly recieved. Merry Christmas as well! |
