Don't worry, It's normal.

Dont worry, It's normal - Was the message I got back from Acer - Esplex when I told them I thought my screen was playing up. Apparantly its common after work has been carried out on the screen.

I Think they're bored of me, my laptop has been repaired 3 times now by them, and they seem to refuse to repair it again

So yeah.. When I open my laptop or adjust the monitor, its supposed to do this.... I shouldn't worry about the screen having a dodgy conection... Its normal..

Don't get an Acer, ever.

Don't get an acer ever....hmmm

Yanno, I can't count the number of times I've said this to people. Rest assured midimoto, no one is listening. They'll be pretty damn vocal about it when the cheapest laptop they can find does turn out to be crap though

heh

you often don't get a USB cable with free/cheap printers. Especially if it was a cheap brother or HP.

Maybe not, but it was a printer/laptop package deal type thing. Oh Well, had a spare one anyway.

Comet "Can't" replace it, and Acer won't replace it.

I can get it fixed again, but whats the point... In 5 weeks time it will need repairing yet again.

So far it's been repaired 3 times... If they repair it for this problem it will be 4.

How crap is that.

In the end up it was repaired 5 times and replaced once. I was given a new laptop off the insurance.. guess what...

It crashed whilst loading a game. I turned it off, turned it back on.,. it wouldn't start.. "operating system not found". Nice one.

I got the laptop back today. I've had it 15 minutes and discovered it needs repairing again. Whenever the screen is moved the picture distorts, inturn sometimes making the laptop crash.

Makes me wonder if this is some sick joke on Acers part.

If I didn't laugh i'd cry.

Get a new laptop all together -- if you can afford one. Probably something not from Acer.
