Packard Bell SlimView 527 17" TFT LCD Monitor LEADS HELP URGENT

HI
Can anyone tell me what leads I need for this monitor? It does not seem to have a normal power lead socket on the back but a round (is it a minidin?) socket and the connector to pc socket.
If somebody could just tell me what I have to buy I would be so very grateful!
I need both leads the spec can be found here but i just dont understand!
