Does anyone know a decent web based email provider that has a *good* spam guard?

I'm getting loads of emails selling Viagra and they're really annoying, they wont take no for an answer.

I've tried Yahoo!, Hotmail and Gmail and they all seem pretty crap.

I use gmail and I never see any spam in my inbox.

No it has never happened which is surprising, I usually check the spambox just to be sure. I have two gmail accounts and never had a problem with either.
My Hotmail account has been abandoned though, due to the amount of spam I see in its inbox, the spam filter is completely useless!

Never tried Yahoo Mail.

I am always about if you need a quick answer to how to fix a problem

Either your email address is being spammed or it isnt, thats not down to an email provider. I'm more concerned about spam guards (IE the program the sends Spam mail to the Spam folder and Wanted email to the inbox)

With Yahoo! whenever I had spam guard on I got almost all of my wanted email in the spam box and vice versa.

I found Lycos to be pretty effective. You might not, but it worked for me. You can go to lycos.com, lycos.fr, lycos.de, or lycos.co.uk. They're all the same. Just in Enlgish, French, German, Italian, etc etc...

Gmail was pretty good for me until recently

I'm presuming the spam system is adaptive, as you have the option of reporting spam. I've had a few addresses for a couple of years I guess. There was next to no spam until about 3 months ago, when one account started to get the odd message. Now I'm getting about 10 a week.

It's a pain because I use a POP3 client to get the mail. To make use of the filter you have to log onto the web client and use the "Report Spam" feature.

I find it hard to believe that there are really enough men out there with erectile disfunction to justify so many emails.
