I have always wondered if I could have a gaming ready car PC. Now, when I say gaming I don't mean Half-Life 2 at highest quality settings with full AA and AF; I mearly mean some sort of gaming ability, definitely no greater than HL2 at lower settings. (Although high settings would be nice ;D)

There are some interesting mini-ITX solutions, including the DFI G5M100-N, which takes Banias core Pentium Ms.

The C3 is not very powerful at all; at 1 GHz it is roughly the same performance as a Pentium III 733 MHz. I've yet to see a mini-ITX motherboard with anything other than a PCI slot, which leaves you with the ol' GeForce FX 5200/Radeon 9200 quagmire.
