CD and DVD drive problems
I have had problems with my CD and DVD drives. I originally thought it was an itunes problem as every time I downloaded it, both drives then did not work. I can put a cd into both drives and it takes it in then semi starts to play but stops. After much frustration and annoyance I set my pc back to factory settings but it still remains a problem even though I have not installed itunes.
When I go into the control panel i get the following message on both drives: Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device (code 41) Please can anyone advise me on this before I actually throw it out of the window??!!!
