Compatibility Question

Hi,
I've recently decided to upgrade my desktop as it is seriously old now
However, before I start spending my money I just wanted to check a few things as I have lost my motherboard manual.
Firstly, I was wondering whether a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 2600XT 512Mb GDDR3 AGP card would work with an ancient Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-339 motherboard. Also, will any ddr400 ram work with the same motherboard ?
Many thanks,
Josh

I just read their site and it says that that card should work. It also says it supports dual channel ddr400 ram. Although Im not sure if you will need a FSB of 800+.
