Question monitor

Hi, on my new computer (self built) when I use the scroll up and down it rolls and not slides, I've tried to rectify this to no avail, I would be most grateful for advice and answers to this problem as it's most annoying

lol funny posts, ok that would be your mouse software, one question are u running the mouse as i've just plugged it in let windows install for you, or did the device come with software which u installed.

First mouse options are in control pannel for plug and play installs, but to me it sounds like extra software has been installed which controls the scroll and any extras buttons A4 Tech do this alot.

You need to find a control panel for that extra software that can be found most of the time in the bottom right hand system tray in the bottom right hand corner settings can be found in their.

If that does not help please reply to my first question. Thanks
