Hardware Conflicts ; Help Needed.

I have various hardware conflicts.
I use an nvidia motherboard. All drivers are up to date.
The ethernet controller is built in so I can't change it to a different PCI slot.
Any help is appreciated.
Here is the System Information log file for hardware conflicts.

I have found that by disabling the USB onChip in the BIOS the IRQ problem is solved... however I can no longer no the USB ports obviously... and those are needed for my mouse and printer. Perhaps there is a way to change the USB IRQs to a different number. There are a large number of IRQs available.. I don't understand why it would choose to use taken slots.
