Monitor problems

I have a big problem on my computer. When the computer starts up it is saying that Macromedia Projector. which it has never dune before. All of the screen is diffrent coulors and the top part of AOL is (black) apart from the area's like E-Mail - Write E-mail or IM or People.

Does anyone know if it is something i have to download??? ;D
