i don't understand this.ÂÂ! I download something off the internet....it is all fine...but it will finish prematurely....for example it is downloading aÂÂ! 10Mb file then it will say "finished download at 7.2mb"....so i run the program or song or whatever...and it is incomplete? this problem only began recently, how do i download entire files???

Re: downloading problem

Well are you downloading from reputable places? Some places offer "full versions" of programs you should really be paying for, and you only download half of the needed data.

Re: downloading problem

not at all, it happens wherever/whatever I download. From websites I have downloaded from before, like I said, this has just been happening recently. The download ends prematurely.

Re: downloading problem

How is your internet connection, pretty stable or does it often cut off or have bad quality sometimes? And also how old is your NIC card? It may be having problems if it's older and you're downloading larger files. This is wired, correct?
