hi am gonna build more or less a new computer. the only onld parts would be the drives, psu and base unit case.

i have crossed referenced all hardware specifications.

first i looked at p4 64 bit processors then mothers boards with that compatabilty.
think i got every angle covered so that i am pretty sure that all go with each other.
memory not an issue as when looking a specification on the motherboard it told me what type.
processor has a LGA775 socket and i made sure the the motherboard had a LGA775 socket.
so i am pretty certain the compatible. and before u ask yes motherboard is 64 bit compatible.
it is compatible with the pentium 4.
