Digital signature not found

Got Win2k
this is annoying!
how do i turn it off,
have non admin adding USB devices, so need to log into admin to install them!
Its really nnoying me!!!

I've seen this problem before (the issues seems to lie in the sudden inexplicably inability of Windows to validate digital signatures), although in Windows XP, and was not successful in consistently fixing it without a full Windows reinstallation. Occasionally, a Windows repair will work however...

And BTW, the vast majority of Bill Gate's money is locked in assets which he would not be able to free without devaluing them considerably.
