Unable to "ENABLE" CD/DVD IN Bios
Hi I have an EasyNote Packard Bell Laptop 512 RAM 40 Gig Hard Drive. Just recently my CD/DVD stopped working for some strange reason. When I inputted any CD in the drive the light was still coming on but nothing getting picked up.
I then went on BIOS pressing F2. Here I noticed that the CD/DVD had been “Disable”. What caused this to happen I don’t have a clue. I tried to search for an option for me to “enable” this but was unable to do so. My BOIS read the following. INSYDE SOFTWARE SCU. Then have 4 option Start Up / Chipset / Boot / Exit. Even though I try to click on to any option there is no way to Enable this. The other option I have is F8, But this is the option from “Boot from CD”. Please help. |
