Hard drive beep/squeek

Does anybody know why a hard drive beeps/squeeks as I have a Maxtor stm 3802110A Hard drive and every now and again I hear a beep or squeek. Could be 3 in a minute or once every 5 mins.

My pc is working great, no problems but this annoying noise.

Can anyone shed any light on this please...
