Right-Click "Start" > Explore > Right-Click "C:/" (Or whatever drive you want to know about) > Properties > It should pop up with the "General" tab and give you a nice Pie Graph of "Used" and "Free" space on that harddrive.

Re: whats using my hd space?

Ohhh, i see what you're saying. Hmm, i'm not sure there is a program that will list your HDD usage in pie chart form. But i do know how you can tell what is on your HDD and sort through it all.

In Program Files, look through all the created folders. Most you should recognize as the program developer/brand. If there are any you know you don't use anymore, go into Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > And delete the program from there. It should uninstall completely.

Also, in the Add/Remove Programs there is a feature that can tell you the frequency of which you use that program. It will say something like, "Frequently" or "Never". Anything with "Never" you probably don't need, but you can tell for yourself.

You might consider defragmenting if your harddrive is bogged down/running slow.
