Security Toolbar 7.1

I'm a complete novice with viruses but I think I have managed to remove the virus Security Toolbar 7.1. I did it through people posting how they removed it on other websites and the program that removed it was SUPERAntiSpyware. In addition I was recommended to install Trend Micro HijackThis which would provide a report log. This is provided in the next post.
I don't really know what it means but it the program names appear to be trustworthy!

However, I have also installed another program called SpyNoMore - which you have to pay for for it to remove spyware but you can get a free scan. To me, this seems like a more advanced program (hence the money involved) and when i have run this scan again it has come up with a few problems still (admitadely 192 less than before although i have not finished the scan yet as it takes an hour). Here are the findings:
Spyware Name Category Location
Firstly:
securitypills.com security center hijaker HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
software\microsoft\windows
etc.
SpyNoMore's Description: This is a homepage hijacker that changes your homepage to so called security websites that propose fake programs such as system doctor and produces pop-ups claiming infection (however these have stopped and the homepage has been reset).

Secondly:

ditto ditto ditto

Thirdly:

ZLOB Trojan Trojan/Hijacker HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
\software\microsoft\
internetexplorer etc.

SpyNoMore's Description:This is a hidden trojan that is disguised as a media codec or a software crack. It installs secretly and generates pop-ups claiming that your computer is infected. It tries to scare you into buying a fake product (eg. virusheat). It is highly recommended you remove this trojan as it communicates with external websites - potential data theft.

Finally:

Windows Safety Alert Trojan Downloader HKEY_LOCAL_MACH
INE\SOFTWARE\microsof
t\windows etc.

SpyNoMore's Description: Located in the Add/Remove section it is supposed to uninstall programs, but in fact re-downloads or updates ZLOB Trojan.

Apologies for the length of this but i would appreciate it if someone could look at my findings and point out what to do!

Matt
