On my other laptopi think i have a virus. It has xp on it when i start it up it goes to the screen were you click on your name to load your account then a little box pops up. It just has a red x in it then two options saying yes or no but whichever you press it just logs the user off ang goes back to the screen were you click on the user you want. any body got any ideas on how to fix it?

try starting Windows in safe mode - when you turn the coputer on, repeatedly hit F8. Instead of Windows starting normally, it will show you a very basic menu with options like "start windows in safe mode", "start windows in safe mode with command prompt", etc... choose "start Windows in safe mode" - this will prevent many non-critical services starting, and often stops virus or spyware processes starting too.

Once you're logged in in safe mode, run your virus scans. Also download and run Spybot - Search and destroy.
